en piso es tranquilo y limpia, lista para vivir . pero no hay salón en el piso.
haY CALEFACCIóN CENTRAL (no tiene que pagar ) .la conexión a Internet es por wifi. no se permite fumar dentro de la vivienda, a 100 mts de la calle Alcalá (zona comercial), 3 minutos de Metro ciudad lineal ,5minutos de metro pueblo nuevo (linea 5.7 )
compartimos los gastos de luz,agua y internet.

look someone who is clean quiet and responsible to  share the apartment with us.
here is very quiet and clean, ready to live and there is a nice view out of your window.
offer free central heating,so you don´t have to worry about the cold and not enough open time for heating.
there is wifi,hot water , and enough kitchen utensils ,you could even here to make puddding.
this apartment is very close to zona comerical,and 3 or 4 mintues to the metro(ciudad lineal y pueblo nuevo).just 20 mintus to central madrid.
and we share the costs of water,electricity and internet.
there is not a living room here.
