Hola, (english version follows)

Alquilamos una habitación doble, con armario empotrado, estanterías, mesa de escritorio, cama y ventana.  El piso es bastante amplio y sobre todo MUY luminoso, hay un baño, una cocina y un salón, totalmente equipados y nuevos

La idea es que viváis 2 personas (o una pareja) en la habitación ya que es gigante.

Nosotros somos un chico y una chica, que ya hemos compartido varios pisos, y con muy buen rollo entre nosotros  ;))) buscamos a alguien parecido!  Y preferiblemente de ambiente internacional.

Lo enseñaremos a partir del dia 15 de Noviembre.

El piso está al lado del Metro RIOS ROSAS (Línea 1)!  Ven a verlo... ;)

Hi !

We're renting a double bedroom, with a built-in wardrobe, shelves, a desktop, a bed, and a window. The flat is quite big, there's a bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room, they're all in good condition and fully furnished.

The idea is to rent it to 2 friends or a couple, due to its HUGE size.

We're a guy and a girl, who have already shared flats together, and there's a very good feeling between us  ;)))  We're looking for someone like us!  We'd also rather have somebody from abroad. We would also consider having two people in the room, in that case, we'd negociate the price for the rent.

We'll show it from the 15th of November.

The flat is located next to the RIOS ROSAS metro station (Line 1)!  Come round and take a look at it ;)
