Cass Screw Machine Products is seeking a Full/Part-time Accounts Receivable Clerk. This is an entry level position that will be responsible for matching and batching checks to invoices,Collection of Payments, posting payments, and various data entry tasks to ensure that customer billing profiles are current and correct. Will also be working with customers to establish credit limits via research and credit applications. This position will report directly to an Accounting Manager, and will be working in a fast paced environment that demands someone who can work on multiple projects at one time Via the Global Communication or the Internet.
Our client needs a highly motivated Collections/Accounts Receivables assistant to start ASAP. Ideal candidate will be advanced in the ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel and have excellent customer service skills.

Candidate will:
• Collect on delinquent accounts.
• Communicate efficiently and effectively with senior management.
• Possess the ability to assist senior managers while meeting deadlines.
• Be comfortable working in an industrial environment.

Requirements
You must be a self motivated individual, as you will be responsible for all functions of the office, and will often be working alone. This temp- hire position pays £7-£10 an hour and includes an excellent benefits package once you are taken on permanently with the company.

*Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
*Must have collections Experience
*Knowledge of methods used and remedies available for collection of delinquent accounts.
Excellent customer service skills.

This would be a great position for an executive administrative assistant with accounts receivable, and collections experience
