Metro: Francos Rodriguez (Line 7, less than 5 min walk) and Estrecho (Line 1, about 10 min). You can reach Madrid city centre in 15 minutes and Complutense University in less than 10.

270 euros inc. gas, water and electricity. Free wireless internet access is also provided.
There is a deposit of 270 euros

You have 2 options:

OPTION ONE.- Move in now: You pay 50 euros for the remainder of July and the 270 euros deposit. That is 320 euros to move in right now. On August 1st you pay August rent.

OPTION TWO.- Move in August 1st: You pay 270 euros (August rent) and 270 euros deposit. That is 540 euros to move in August 1st. 

Preference will be given to someone who wants to move in now.

A friendly, non confrontational & responsible person wanted to live in peaceful and friendly flat.
