325 € - Nice room with own bathroom and shower in amazing flat!! (Plaza de Castilla)

Hi! We are looking for a flatmate in this amazing flat very close to Plaza de Castilla and Chamartin...

The flat is on a 5'th floor, it has 4 rooms, 3 are already taken by an Italian, a Spanish and a Mexican (29, 24 & 29) students and profesionals... the room that is still available has it's own bathroom (toilet & shower), it has a single bed, window, large wardrobe, and a small mini studio with a desk.

The kitchen is very new and very big, it has a big fridge & freezer, microwave and all kicthen utensils... the living room and the dinning room are huge, just have a look at the pics below...

The room is 325 euros per month, and you have to leave a deposit of 325 euros. The monthly expenses (per person) are 30 euros aprox. for bills (gas, internet, etc) plus 30 euros per month for the person that will go each week to clean the flat...
