The room is available from December and is only for girls. The flat is very big and is shared with three other girls. It is situated a couple of minutes walk from Plaza Mayor, supermarkets and a 24h open farmacy. Underground lines 1 & 5 very close by (LA LATINA & TIRSO MOLINA). The room is exterior and has a balcony facing a pedestrian street. The room is furnished with a bed of 135 cm, chest of drawers and a wardrobe (all new). The price of the room does not include costs for electricity, internet and water that will be shared with the rest of the flat mates.
